What are your hours of operation?
Our office and scheduling team is available Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer weekend appointments by request and technician availability with an additional weekend surcharge.

How long does a typical window cleaning take?
For an average single-family home (15–25 windows), interior and exterior cleaning usually takes 3–4 hours. Larger homes, mountain homes with many windows, or homes with hard-to-reach panes may take longer—we’ll give you an accurate time frame during your estimate.
Is your cleaning solution safe for my plants, pets, and family?
Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but gentle on landscaping, pets, and people. For pressure washing and soft washing, we follow all EPA guidelines and reclaim water when required.
Do you clean windows in the winter or during bad weather?
We happily work year-round in the High Country. On cold days we use specialized solutions that won’t freeze, and we can clean windows in light rain or snow, but we will reschedule free of charge if conditions become unsafe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, ACH, and credit / debit payments. We offer convenient online invoicing with payment links. A 3% payment processing applies to all card payments. A 50% deposit may be required for larger projects (deck staining, whole-house soft washing, etc.).
